I'm not into resolutions...

But I love making list.
I haven't made a " things I need to do before..."
list in years. So this is now my "things I need to do before 2009 is
over ". Which can also be "things to do in 2009" but saying it that
way seems too much like new years resolutions. So without running this
into the ground here is my...

Mascot

Sometimes at work there is nothing to do but sit around and look at each
other, that's when outside sources come in to entertain us. The troll
has a mind of his own and sometimes he appears in the most random of
places. Beware! And if you see him run...

Things to do at a hospital...

Hospitals always make me queasy and uneasy. I try to avoid them at all
cost but unfortunately I found myself in a waiting room of one last
night. So waiting only built up the anxiety I already had, so what to
do? Be fucking vain of course! It helped to pass the time ,really.

Encouraging words from my job

..you gotta love it

Top 5 reasons I hate los angeles trains.

1) no matter how long or short your trip is it always feel like its
taking forever.

2) you pay and ride with no guarantee that your going to get checked.
Random checks only tempt someone to not pay since they NEVER check your
ticket. But you know that one day you don't buy one they check
you...true story.

3) everyone is a creepster on it. No matter what, even if they are not
they just make you feel like they are because they are constantly
staring. Granted I dress a little weird and all but im so over
creepsters.

4) they have a schedule but they never stick to it! Sometimes they are a
few minutes late which can screw up your whole ride since you miss
another train or bus on top of that. If u have a schedule then stick to
it mister.

5) its not all underground. Which means it is slower and more room for
accidents. Don't get me wrong I love a good view but running a train on
a busy street in la or lb can cause a lot of traffic and accidents and
that is never good.

Some close contenders were : always dirty , constantly smells of urine,
ticket machines always running low on ink, the people next to you never
get up to let you exit.

I think that's all I can think of. Ha :)
Now im on the blueline trying not to fall asleep.
via slowest train ever make me want to rip my hair top

Love of life...

Yes, you might find it pathetic that I adore my dog and that
I can't even leave my house without feeling like im abandoning him. But
when you look at those big brown eyes its hard not to want to stay home
and play with him. He is a rescued dog so he is pretty much the most
loving dog ever! I sort of feel like he is actually really appreciative
of everything hahaha. Anyways I basically just miss tobbyyy.

Happy Halloween!

I really hate halloween, ever since I was a little girl. I hate being
scared. I don't watch scary movies ever , I get grossed out when I see
blood. I hate the idea of ghost or zombies . For godsake I used to be
scared of the thriller video. So basically hate might be an
understatement. This is as close as ill get to dressing up.

So happy halloween or whatever

back to new york

..well at least for 2 days..
yes you read right i went back to new york city for TWO FREAKING DAYS!!! but still my chicago visit holds the record for shortest trip i've ever taken. It was soo nice to be back seeing my friends and just walking around the city! I spent most of my time with Rusha eating dirty mexican food in brooklyn. The best thing about being in new york was that the last day i was there it was almost freezing everyone was bringing out their fall coats and i just felt like fall was actually here. There are no weather (at least severe) changes in los angeles so it was nice to remember how that felt.

Steph and I went to this snazzy little diner in brooklyn that i hope to visit again real soon. As cliche as it sounds Williamsburg is such a cute little neighborhood and i always love finding
new places to visit there, especially with steph since we both seem to gravitate towards the
same atmospheres.

I spend my last few hours there walking around little italy and greenwich village with Rusha and "Paul". Sometimes i just feel like i live in this weird corner of the world where there is a tunnel that connects new york and california together! I wish i could make enough money to be bi-coastal but for now im going to have to settle with visiting every few months because living there just never works out for me. :(

anyways on to the pictures...

Haaaavvveeee you met Ted?...kind of

Depending on how well you know me .. You'd probably guess that one of my
favorite shows ever is How I Met Your Mother. For all you geeks out
there this is my Lost or Heroes. I follow this show so closely
dissecting plot lines and characters to ultimately get closer to finding
out who the damn mom is. To say I watch this show religiously is an
understatement, so yesterday when me and lex had just luckily strolled
passed Josh Radnor on the streets of hollywood I wanted to jump out of
my skin. Fucking "Ted Mosby" was sitting outside a little cafe talking
on the phone and I was flabbergasted. Lex wouldn't let me go talk to him
obviously because that really would of been weird but I heard the Ted
voice in person and that was really enough! Now that's one down four
more to go...haha just kidding...well kind of.
